General terms and conditions

1. For each hour in addition to those indicated, an additional charge of € 26.00/hour is applied; for each person in addition to those indicated, an additional charge of € 3.00/person is applied.
2. The costs of transfer, board and lodging during the Multiple Daily Tours Services, board and transfer for the Single services and transfer back to the starting point for the Transfers services are fully paid by the Tour Operator. In the case of services requiring the guide to use their car to reach the group, the Italian ACI rate will be applied. In the case of services that include lunch on your own, there will be a refund of 30.00 Euros for each meal, to be accounted as priviously agreed with the client.
3. The working day begins no earlier than 7.00 am and ends within 7.00 pm. In the absence of useful connections that allow the guide to welcome the group at the scheduled arrival time, any transfer and board and lodging costs relating to the evening preceding the group's arrival are entirely paid by the Tour Operator.
4. The working day ends within 7.00 pm. For any service that ends beyond this time, a flat-rate supplement is applied on the daily basic rate equal to € 50.00.
5. In case of evening services (from 7.00 pm until the end of the requested service) for city tours, dinners, folk evenings or assistance for any emergencies, from 10.00 pm until 7.00 am, a flat rate night fee of Euro 50.00 must be paid, in addition to the HD or FD fee plus Euro 26.00 for each extra hour.
6. Tariffs during Multiple Daily Tours Services are always and only counted as full days (no half days)
7. The fees indicated are to be understood before the withholding tax, VAT exempt art. 10 Presidential Decree 633/72, paragraph 22, and net of any application of the INPS (Italian insurance 4% calculated on the total amount) and a 2,00 Euros value tax has to be added to the invoice in accordance with the Italian law.
8. For Multiple Daily Tours Services, the Tour Operator must pay a deposit of 20% of the total tour fee upon tour confirmation. 30 days before the departure of the Multiple Daily Tours Services, the Committee must pay the guide the amount missing from the total agreed fee, that is 80% of the agreed fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. For the tour services cancelled by the Tour Operator in the period between the date of confirmation of the tour and the 30 days preceding the date of departure of the tour , the guide will retain 20% of the total agreed amount which corresponds to the deposit received at the time of confirmation. For tours cancelled from the 30 days preceding the departure of the tour and up to the 10 days preceding the departure of the tour, as well as for individual services cancelled within the preceding 48 hours, a loss of earnings allowance equal to 50% of the amount due must be paid this means that for Multiple Daily Tours Services cancelled between 30 days and up to 10 days preceding the departure of the tour itself, the guide will retain 50% of the total amount of the fee agreed and already received.
2. For “no show” or cancellation of the service within 48 hours for Single one day tour and starting from the ninth day preceding the beginning of the Multiple Daily Tours Services, a loss of earnings allowance equal to 100% of the amount due must be paid to the guide; this means that the guide will retain 100% of the fee already received.

All quotations made on the basis of the mentioned rates shall be submitted to final review and agreed by both parties.
