Terms and Conditions

• There is an extra charge of  € 22 per hour when our services go over the six hours agreed.
• For services in different languages the extra charge is of  € 22 for every extra language.
• Staff transfers, meals and out of site bookings are charged to the buyer.
• The working day starts no earlier than 07:00. For groups arriving at Olbia / Golfo Aranci our services start at 08:00 because no form of public transport  arrives earlier. In other cases the guide’s hotel costs for the night before the group arrive are charged to the buyer.
• There is an extra charge of  € 50, for the guide’s services, in tours with after dinner shows.
• The prices quoted for our Guide and Interpreter services  are PRETAX  (C.D. withholding tax).
• Tours that are cancelled by the clients within 7 days from the start date and individual services cancelled within 24 hours of the start time are subject to cancellation fees. The cancellation fee is 50% of the total cost of the service based on the minimum tariff.
• The start of our services will be calculated from the hour decided by the Client. 
• The Guides and Interpreters fees are bound to standard national tariffs.
• There is a 5% increase on the day’s final price if our services are required during a Bank Holiday.
