About Janas

The JANAS Association was set up in 1996 and is growing every year thanks to its twenty-three professional tourist guides. All the guides are qualified and recognized by the Sardinian Tourist Councillor’s office. Our services cover the whole of  the island.

Our name is taken from Sardinian mythology. Come with us and visit the Domus de Janas and we will tell you about the prehistoric tombs (le Domus) and the fairies (le Janas), with their dragonfly wings, who weave using gold looms.

We will make our guests dream with our great passion and knowledge of this land which will follow themin their journey through the usages, customs and traditions of the millennial Sardinian culture. Our love for this island and it’s history will make everyone’s experience unique.
